OUR RETURN POLICY
At Nature’s Destiny, we stand behind our products. Exchange or store credit are only given for items that are defective, damaged or missing from you order. You may request an exchange or store credit within 10 days of original purchase.
- Email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and a short explanation as to the reason of your return/exchange request. If your order arrived damaged, please include photos. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and supports the continued development of our products.
- Qualifying returns are eligible for store credit, exchange or refund. Once we receive the product back we will process your refund or exchange.
- All return/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of original purchase.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless it is the error of Nature’s Destiny.
- All approved returns can be held as credits or applied to an exchange.
- If an item is out of stock or no longer available, you will be issued a store credit for the product.
- We do not accept returns for sale items or product samples.
- All sales are final on exchanged products.
- We reserve the right to deny credit or exchanges for items that have been used.
